Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification Program (PAVE) is a government-led initiative launched under the New Energy Vehicle Policy 2025–30. Its purpose is to protect Pakistan from environmental pollution, promote electric mobility, and reduce fuel costs.

Eligibilty Criteria For PAVE 2025

Subsidy & Payment Plans

  • Electric Motorcycle: The subsidy for motorcycles has been kept up to 50%. Monthly installment approx. It will be PKR 2,900 which is an affordable option for students, delivery riders, and daily commuters.
  • Electric Three-Wheeler: The subsidy scheme structure is different for this category. Subsidy is included within the program and details of installments will be decided as per the final scheme documents.
